Araminta has slept through the night for the last three nights, so I feel comfortable now that it isn’t a fluke. The first two nights she woke up at 4.30, but this morning she slept from 8.30 to about 5.30. Mummy and Daddy can’t stop smiling 
She’s also beginning to amuse herself for longer stretches.
Though she does like to help Daddy when he is on the computer.
Yesterday Araminta held the teething toy we bought her for Christmas, this is the first time she’s held anything other than a finger in her hands. Later in the day she held onto the toy that Nana and Poppa gave her.Here she is with some of the favourite toys. The bib came from a blogging friend in the UK.
She loves to kick.
She is also using her leg muscles to push herself up the cot, and she likes to stand up for a little while now too.
I’ve been playing around with the camera, experimenting with different light settings so I’ll leave you with a few of those.
Only 16 days until Araminta meets Grandma for the first time.
